5 CLASS PASS – TERMS & CONDITIONS (REFORMER)

5-Class Pass Agreement

By purchasing this class pass, you agree to the following terms:

1. Validity
This pass is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Any unused classes will expire after this period.

2. Booking Policy
All classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A place is not guaranteed without a confirmed booking.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your pass.

4. Non-Transferable
This class pass is for the named client only and cannot be shared or transferred.

5. Non-Refundable
All class passes are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.

6. Studio Cancellations
If Moonstone Studio cancels a class, the class credit will be returned to your account.

7. Health & Responsibility
By booking, you confirm you are fit to participate and understand that physical exercise carries risk. You agree to inform your instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or changes in health prior to the class.

8. Exceptional Circumstances
Extensions may be granted at the discretion of Moonstone Studio in the case of illness, injury, or other exceptional circumstances. Supporting documentation may be requested.
