PHASE ONE
Phase One is a welcoming, beginner-friendly Reformer Pilates class suitable for all abilities. While approachable, this class is designed to get your body moving and your muscles working. Offering a full-body, energising workout that leaves you feeling strong, warm, and accomplished.
Phase One is ideal for anyone new to Reformer or returning to movement who wants a workout that’s energising, empowering and fun. You’ll leave feeling strong, grounded and invigorated, ready to continue your practice.

ALL LEVELS
A full body reformer pilates class designed for all abilities. Expect fluid sequencing, strength, mobility and core connection with options, layers and progressions offered throughout.
Suitable for experienced and beginner clients alike! You dont need to be experienced to join us. Our instructiors offer layers and options throughout class so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
If you are a complete beginner, we advise trying out our Phase one beginner class before trying out All levels.

RISE
Rise is the next step for those ready to progress beyond all levels. This dynamic, mixed-ability class is designed to challenge and energise, blending intermediate and advanced Reformer sequences that build strength, stamina, and fluidity while keeping movements safe, intentional, and empowering.
Rise is ideal for anyone wanting to expand their practice, step into stronger more dynamic movement and feel empowered by their progress. This class inspires confidence, energy, and connection to your strength, leaving you uplifted and ready for more.

JUMP
This energising Reformer class uses the Jumpboard, a solid, supportive platform that allows you to 'jump' horizontally while lying down creating a powerful, low-impact cardio experience. The result is a dynamic, fun, flowing session that builds heat, strength, and endurance while keeping your movements supported, intentional, and kind to your joints.
Jump is ideal if you’re craving a grounded but invigorating workout, one that builds resilience, power, and connection from the inside out. You’ll leave feeling energised, capable, and deeply rooted in your strength.
